Description
This stool was handcrafted in France from wood reclaimed from former carpenters. The seat is crafted from light ash, supported by oak legs, creating a subtle contrast that highlights the purity of the wood and the elegance of the piece.

The visible, metal-free joints are inspired by revisited traditional techniques. The structure is distinguished by its simplicity and the precision of its interlocking. Each edge is softened by hand, for a harmonious finish that moves away from industrial rigidity. The asymmetrically distributed crossbars play with the nuances and natural singularities of the wood: knots, grain, and rings are fully embraced here.

The finish is made with natural camellia oil, which nourishes and protects the material while revealing its delicate grain. It offers a silky feel and easy maintenance while respecting nature.

Designed to last, this low stool can be used as an occasional seat, a small table, or as a sofa end table. Each piece is unique, stamped, and numbered.
