This stool was handcrafted in France, using wood salvaged from old carpenters.

The seat and the large low crossbar are made of ash, with a fine and regular grain. The sipo legs are distinguished by their shimmering reflections and irregular grain, while the oak crossbars reveal a marked grain.

The play of contrasts between species and the meeting of rounded and angular shapes create a balanced piece, designed as a transition between robustness and finesse.

The visible, metal-free joints are inspired by revisited traditional techniques. Every detail is handcrafted, giving the stool an authenticity that eludes any industrial rigidity.

The finish is made with natural camellia oil, which reveals the material, provides lasting protection and provides a silky feel.

Designed to stand the test of time, this stool can be used as a seat, side table or display stand.
