This stool was handcrafted in France from wood carefully reclaimed from veteran carpenters. The oak seat, lightly re-grooved for added comfort, rests on ash legs with a simple, slender design.

The high sipo sleepers contrast with the low sleepers, which combine oak and sipo. This subtle interplay of light and dark woods creates a natural harmony and highlights the diversity of wood textures.

The visible, metal-free joints are inspired by revisited traditional techniques. Each edge is softened by hand, giving the piece an elegant presence, far from industrial rigidity.

The finish is made with natural camellia oil, which nourishes the wood in depth, reveals its grain and offers a silky touch.

Built to last, this stool can be used as a seat, small bench or display stand.
